Valle del Cocora view |
Hi
guys, this is my experience to traveling alone and to camping in a mountain.
I'm
Lina Ordoñez, I'm 19 years old and I love to travel to anywhere. I’m a simple
girl that loves nature and enjoy the blessings from God. I’m the kind of person
who likes to travel light. I don’t mind to be in a camping area and spend the night.
Colombia
is a place of wondrous variety of sites and landscapes. I’m writing this blog
this blog so you can know about a certain experience. My history starts with a
travel by bus to Salento, Armenia completely alone. I have never traveled alone
in my life; it was very exciting because I knew new things for me, walking and
tasting awesome streets and foods on Calle Real, like a delicious mocca coffee decorated
with a sweet bear at Café Matto. Later I meet with my mother and her friends; we went to
Valle del Cocora, a beautiful pretty cold place, we have trucha like lunch a

Well,
the first night was terribly cold, if the water got wet our hands, we feel pain
hands by wind chill, and it felt like ice. Next day in the morning, bright sun
woke us. We were enjoying the view and we stated a walk by a nice natural way. It
was too long and exhausting, but it was awesome. I enjoy the incredible ice
water cascade from the moor.
At night
we went to Salento town and bought beef, plantains, buffalo sausages salt and
beer to have a barbeque under the starts. The food was delicious, and the night
was so beautiful, the whole sky had stars, it looked like a cloth dotted with
silver accompanied by numerous shooting stars. Near 2 a.m. I felt sleep, and it
was another freezing night at 10° degrees. It was the end of my vacation
travel. Next day I traveled back home by bus again.
